I took seven new pants to do alteration (ham). simple work (paid 170.00). After receiving the pants, I found that it is done too short. I went back to talk to the store manager, he refuse to talk me and also refuse to provide any contact info of the owner, but said some times the owner comes to the store after the store closes. On my second day, around an hour wait after the store closed, the owner came and I talk to him. The owner seems nice guy and understood the problem and offer to fix it. Unfortunately the tailor who did the hamming in the first place did not kept any extra cloth. So, I ended up with seven brand new pants that I could not wear. Plan to donate to Goodwill. DO NOT go there with your alteration.!!!
