I left a review for them through their automated e-mail message, and they told me they weren't going to publish my review likely because of my honest ratings. At first I gave them 2-stars, but because of removing my review I am giving them one. This was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience for me. The prices for the service was way too high, and the staff were not clear on the initial price estimates. They didn't seem to care much about ensuring \quality\ service, and it served as a lesson to NOT go back. Plus, certain staff weren't wearing masks behind the counter.. in a very small, closed, and confined setting. One of the most unpleasant and costly experiences in regard to getting service done on my vehicle. Knowing that they also chose to not publish my review is very telling in itself. My advice: go elsewhere.

I really like the new Customer Service Manager. Went for my monthly oil change and got to meet the New Servive Manger. He seems very open, and willing to try. I'm also a major fan of Paul, for the service of my vehicle.

Drop off for service went smoothly. In and out in 10 minutes. Picking up my car from service, I was there for 45 minutes because they couldn't find my car in the system. After 30 minutes of waiting, the (I assume) manager came and talked to me and asked for my phone number and was able to find my car that way. Why this wasn't done sooner, I'm not sure. In the process of getting my phone number though, he walked up and sat within 12 inches of me, despite the fact that we are in a pandemic and government guidelines want 6 feet of distance. Employees were mostly masked but really only if they were talking with customers. If interacting with each other, odds are the masks weren't on fully or properly (not covering the nose).

Overall my experience with autonation was great. They really are a “one price” dealer so do not expect to haggle price or condition of the vehicle at all. They did take a bit of time to find me a loan I was satisfied with. They tried to talk me about the same loan several times knowing that the APR and payments were not what I asked for. However that aside once everything was settled I got a car I’m extremely happy with and they were all very helpful. Will definitely go back when it’s time!

During my first service visit I had the easiest and most enjoyable experience. My advisor Ashley, took the time to review what was expected and due, checked for and reviewed all recommended services. Best part, total came under initial quote and complete faster than promised.
