I contacted Coy about a car and he got back to me quickly. This was my first car purchase and they made it super easy for me to drive away with a nice car at the best price around. I have no complains about them! Easy to work with!

I originally gave them 5 stars. I would still give them 5 except I sent them business 3 months ago and I still havent gotten my referral check...even after calling numerous times. Also,I was given a "we owe you" from them...I have emailed the quote as well as called and left messages with their corporate customer service. I have never been contacted back. I would leave a message again but it says the message box is full so I assume I'm not the only one trying to get things finished. It's just frustrating that I have things seemed so great but any follow up is impossible.

Awesome all around staff! Coy was our salesman and he was laid back, didn't make us feel rushed or anything. Made sure we understood what happened and exactly what they worked on. We have 3kids under 4 (youngest 6mths) so reliability and some extra safety features as well as affordable was super important! shawn was awesome with working with us financially and getting us everything we needed while still being in our price range .

In terms of customer service these people do an amazing job. They are kind, polite, and direct. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because they tried to push the warranty on me a little much but nowadays that’s almost expected. So far enjoying the car, and very happy with the price.

Sammy was awesome to deal with! I drove for three hours to see this car. She had it all ready for us when we got there. Financing wasn't a hassle. She told me on the phone what paperwork and information I needed to bring, so we had everything ready to go. I drove home in my new-to-me car and am very happy! Thanks, Sammy!

This dealership completely ripped off my friend! They lied to her multiple times, trying to take advantage of her because of her age. We are college students and she has worked for years just to be able to buy a nice car for herself that she thought would work. She paid a high price for a car that did not function correctly. This dealership had told her that they would fix the problem but have taken their sweet time, and even after a month of trying to deal with this issue and my friend spending a lot of her time that could’ve been used to work or study as well as expensive gas money, the issue has not been resolved. I do not recommend this dealership unless you want to deal with a lot of hassle!

Ask for Deanna, she will take care of you. It was a no pressure environment, I mean for real. You were a person, they worked with my schedule, allowed my mechanic to inspect the car. The price was great.
