I've picked up a stroller from here that was purchased online. It was quick and easy to do. The people were super friendly. The guy who brought out my stroller from the back looked like he was baked. I don't blame him at all. I would be too if I worked there.

The checkout process is horrible. I just left the store with some baby food and waited in line for more than half hour. The cashier claimed she is new and they left her alone in the register. Some issues came out and they had no one to help on a timely basis. Till the line grows really long, a manager finally showed up to help and another lady just yelled I can help whoever is next. Some other customers jumped right away to the new register. I got my stuff already in the counter and they did not seem to appreciate my time and just ignore me and help other customers after me. I was trying to grab my stuff to the other counter and they just kept on helping other people who ran to the counter. The whole experience is so awful. I will not waste my time in this store anymore!
The staff here are some of the most helpful retail workers I've encountered. They're always available to help find things (and even look up stuff for special orders if they're not stock items), helpful, mostly knowledgeable, but not pushy like at some places that have people on commission. I don't think they're paid very well, which makes the good service even more impressive.
Pushing all the furniture inside the storage room 90 mins before the store closing time because the floor cleaners were coming that night and refusing to put a few nursing chairs back on the floor for us to be able yo look at, was an unpleasant experience for my wife and I who travelled all the way to this location leaving our 2 week old son with his grandmom. One of the poorest customer care ever.
The customer service is great here. However, the main walking isles are cram packed with stuff so nobody can get past each other with a cart. Also, the music has been static-filled and ridiculously loud in the back rows by the play kitchens. I can't get out of there fast enough which probably doesn't encourage me to buy more.
I talked to a Assistant Manager Joe Meunsaveng in furniture department about an issue I had about my BPP. He was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help me get a crib for my new baby to come. He was patient and kind and very instructive on the things I needed to do to help him out with getting my crib. I want to thank him and babies r us for a great visit.

This place is awful, it's no wonder this company is bankrupt. They have a horrible selection, staff is unhelpful if you can even find someone, it's dirty. The restrooms look like public park restrooms. Disgusting. I went to find a sound machine, sleep sack, and winter hat for my son. They had none of the above, pretty standard baby items I would think. Don't bother, use Amazon or make the trip to buybuybaby.
