Overpriced, even with their 'discounts', cleaners, that try to look professional on the surface of it. I used Bakkers dry cleaning a couple times(5). All the time I went to the same location in Bellevue. At first I trusted them with a few sweaters, which came back clean, but a bit large. I disregarded that occurrence. Than I trusted them with my suite: that came out ironed very weirdly. So I decided that maybe they will do a good job at least with my shirts. I should have trusted them with 1 shirt to begin with, but I made a mistake and gave them 8 of my business shirts(each 80 value). They destroyed all of them. I'm attaching pictures of that. I'm not really sure what they did, but they became 1 size larger. I had a similar size short sleeve shirt to compare with(same brand. I only buy KK shirts for that purpose) and the shoulders were 1 size wider! Also the fabric became extremely fragile and started ripping after a couple days use. Not to mention the marks they made on my clothes! I reached out to them numerous times for recourse and settlement, but they kept claiming that they investigated the issue and found no problems in the process/shirts. To my dismay, I had to eventually replace all of my 8 shirts (640 value). So my service ended up being about 800 for all-new shirts and heaps of wasted time. Thank you Bakkers fine dry cleaning - never again!

Slow service. Wash and fold dropped off Tuesday morning at 9:30 am wasn't ready until Thursday afternoon, which was useless for someone traveling.

Terrible service. Especially the location on Bellevue way. They do not take any responsibility for damages they make to your clothes. If they can't wash it they should confirm with the customer before taking any action, but nope not at this place. They will literally alter your shirt to fix the mistake they made without confirming with you first. Plus they dont offer any sort of store credit to reimburse you for your loss. I would look for another dry cleaners, stay away from this place. So upset.
