Don't expect getting any strong prescription drugs. This is not a place to get cured. They're extremely conservative. You cannot do a lot with your general doctor, much less here. I guess this place is just to get some extremely safe (aka: weak) RX for temporary solution. Can't determine if this is good or bad but the fact is this is not a shortcut for any prescription drug. They'll just not feel comfortable enough to give you anything that really works, even they have such license. Because they said they can't followup with the outcome with you or whatever. So such clinics fall in an awkward position between CVS and the real hospital. Can't imagine any situation to go to a clinic instead of one of the other two options. Didn't learn that before. Not fun to keep asking or keep refusing from both side.

My mother just called me crying because of the treatment she recieved at the Bellevue Village Care Clinic today 1/14/19 around 3:00pm. My mother is only 45 years old and suffers GREATLY from painful rheumatoid arthritis while working full time and raising 4 daughters with one being only 7 years old. She went to the clinic today instead of her primary care, having only 1 hour between work and picking up her youngest daughter from school. The doctor she saw told her they can’t help her, told her she is in the wrong clinic, told her to go see her primary doctor, and told her they won’t be prescribing her any prescription narcotics. My mother continued to explain that she wasn’t searching for pain killers but that a cortisone shot has worked in the past and the doctor kept treating her like she was searching for narcotics and sent her on her way with nothing. Even while my mother was going through chemo and radiation for her cancer several years ago, she didn’t ask for pain killers. My mother just called me CRYING that she must look like a drug addict or something because the doctor treated her as such. Imagine not being able to lift your arms over your head at the young age of 45? She can’t even wash her hair by herself anymore because of her pain. I’m disgusted with the type of treatment my mother received today at this clinic and we will continue to use Indigo Urgent Care Clinics in the future as they treat us like humans with alements and not trash with drug addictions.

Don’t bother. It can wait until Monday and it won’t cost you 100.
