Terrance and the sales manages Zane and Dan were amazing. They listened to our needs and knew our situation. Found us the best deal without being pushed away from what we wanted. A Customer service. Then when it came time to sign papers the Finance team was equally great, from explaining the benefits of some of there warranties, to not being pushey about them. Shout out to Vicki! Called her from Sioux Falls, SD. Told her I wanted a Chevy Bolt, she set me up with a better deal instantly better than Billion Auto here in town. I drove down same day right after work. She was organized, had everything set up and ready to go when I got there. We connected instantly. Super informative on the vehicle. Thank you to her higher staff for helping me out as well. The finance guy, Dustin, knew his stuff! I was extremely pleased with the service I received! All of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I tend to get a little anxious when my vehicle is in the shop and I always appreciate it when people are patient with me. Cassi was beyond patient! She got me a loaner car and made sure I knew what was going on. Best of all, they were able to track down the power drain and fix it so on this very cold morning, my van started right up!
