Our family have been going to Bella Vision for many years. The staffs are very friendly & knowledge. We always have great experience at Bella. Our daughters got their contact lenses this year & I was so impressed how patient the staffs were in finding best contacts for fitment & taking their time to teach our girls how to fit the contacts. We never feel rushed & they always provide great service!

I called 10 days ago to get an appointment for prescription glasses. I wanted to have my fiance with me to help me choose. They said that Friday should be good since they would be less busy. So i booked appointment and waited for 10 days. On the day of the appointment, i called them again to confirm. They said since they are booked out now, my fiance will have to wait outside. I understand that they are trying to be cautious but I expect at least a bit consideration for someone who has booked in advance. Plus there was basically no empathy from the person on the other end around this. Gonna find a new permanent place for my glasses.

Been coming to Bella for over 5 years now and I've been consistently happy with the selection of frames and their customer service. Went and got a pair of glasses. I must have tried over 30 pairs but the staff was so patient and friendly. I don't understand these entitled people leaving negative reviews for enforcing the mask rule. People, we're in the middle of pandemic! Smh

Rude and unfriendly staff! Not recommended! I came to the center with two kids (2 y.o. and 11 y.o.) for two appointments. My elder daughter and I wore masks. My 2y.o. daughter didn’t want to wear a mask. Bella Vision personnel was very rude, and in a very rude way asked me out. Not only state regulations allow not wearing a mask for 2-year olds, the staff was very unfriendly. Definitely not recommended, even if your baby wears a mask.

My wife and I have been going to the Bellevue Bella Vision for a while now and what strikes me is that every time we go, they always make sure we feel like we're taken care of. Everyone from front desk to Jin, who is always helpful, go the extra mile to make sure that the frames fit just right, are flexible about eye appointments and about picking up our contacts around our schedule. The Optometrist seems to care about making sure that the prescription is accurate, and, for contact prescriptions, he listened to my concerns regarding past experiences and the issues that I've had. The location is very convenient as well because we live in Mercer Island and Bella has free parking in the garage that's shared with the other retail stores. I would recommend Bella Vision if you're looking for friendly and knowledgeable staff, that is convenient to get to.

The glass was not fit. The way they measure it was very bad. Waste of money.
