I wholeheartedly give Five Stars to the Bellevue Care Centre for actively CARING & Five Stars for COMMUNICATION. Although Mum hasn't been a client in this Centre for very long, I can honestly say that I'm extremely impressed with the constant communication between Management, Registered Nurses, Nurses, Allied staff, Kitchen and myself. I love that I am encouraged to visit my dearest Mum anytime day or night, seven days a week. If I can offer any advice to any prospective family it would be to choose a Nursing Centre CLOSE to where you live. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN MY OPINION. Additionally its extremely important to try and have your love ones family doctor continue with care when they enter a facility. I realise this is not always possible but if you can secure the same doctor then many hurdles are overcome in my opinion. All our Elderly and Vulnerable (NDIS) MUST have Advocates now more than ever and I thank God I was there for you Mum.
