He makes sure you know what you’re getting by educating you about the products you’re interested in. I came into the Bellevue store specifically for some cbd for my anxiety and was immediately greeted by Demerti. I explained to him I’ve taken medication for anxiety several times before, but it dulls my personality. I exercise and try to eat good foods but with the pandemic, this last year has been hectic, so I wanted to give cbd a shot to see if it could calm some of my anxieties. Demetri recommended the water soluble droplets, (I chose the lemon flavor) I just put half a dropper in some water twice a day and drink it. I’ve been taking the droplets for the last couple of days and I’ve already noticed a more calmness in my self and overall calmness in my mood. It has also helped ease some of my aches in my legs from bartending for so many years. I guess there is a reason why doctors are now prescribing cbd to patients with anxiety, it’s a helpful alternative rather than taking the newly and barely tested pills pharmaceutical companies put out. Thanks Demetri!!!!! And thank you CBD Bellevue for being a local source of CBD!

I went in not sure of what product would be best for my situation, and the gentleman there, Demetri, was super kind and helpful. He took the time to explain the different products, the differences between them, and answered and addressed any questions or concerns I had. Absolutely no pressure sales, comfortable atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff. When I was debating between two products, he gave his recommendation and why he made the recommendation. But still, no pressure to buy the most expensive products nor to make a purchase. Highly recommended

Top notch service at CBD American Shaman. This store..... we love it. We won’t shop anywhere else for CBD. They have everything you need! I use the CBD oil that you mix in water and My wife uses the CBD Gummies and loves them! We also started using the CBD for our 13 year old dog. The young man that works here is top notch! He is always friendly and answers all our questions.

Best CBD in town. The young man that is always there(Damitri) is knowledgeable of all his products and is always willing to go to extra mile to explain things, even when asked multiple times. I suffer from severe anxiety and I'm thankful for a good quality product but the customer service that I experience when I go there is top notch. Highly recommend this place
