This is my favorite french café/ wine tasting place in the United states. I travel often to France and I can assure you, you can’t get much closer to real french food than Cepae (without boarding a plane). The coffee is delicious and the pastries while expensive are worth every penny. The workers here are extremely knowledgeable of wine and their selection for french wine is unmatched in the region. They also have amazing customer service skills that would put any Parisian restaurant to shame. If you like delicious food and beverage, this is the place for you!

Great selection of authentically French foods and wine. Quality is excellent, but prices on the high side. Definitely worth a visit.

Cépaé is a true gem in downtown Bellevue. You can get amazing French wines by the glass along with carefully curated cheeses and other delicious food options. The staff is very knowledgeable, passionate and fun to talk to about The wines. One of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon!

Great coffee and pastries. The wine bar and Parisian cafe share the space. Saturday night and there is a great band playing French jazz. We will stay to try the Happy Hour menu at 9pm.
