I can't even describe how happy I am with the way my ring turned out!!! David is so helpful, hands on and does incredible work. We had a family ring that we completely transformed. I had no idea what I wanted and came with a few ideas and David guided me through all that was possible. In the end the finished ring was even more spectacular than I ever could have imagined. I truly can't thank you all enough or stop staring at my finger! ️

If you need jewelry repaired, this is an amazing place to go. The jeweler is trustworthy, tells you what to expect, does wonderful work, and is very fast too. We live in Dallas now and we still waited until our next time in Bellevue to get my ring repaired.

Great Experience. They helped me pick out my engagement ring and my fiance loved it. The pricing was very good for a custom setting and the re-sizing went flawlessly. We also chose to get our wedding bands from D'Original. My wedding band was excellent and they have paid to have it re-finished since my work is hard on jewelry. Over and above customer service. I would recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing!! Victoria and David are so sweet and nice! My girlfriend and I just got engaged and we called looking to come in for a sizing last minute. They were able to get us in as early as an hour after we called. Their store is a quaint, charming little place and it is family owned. When we arrived and went inside we were greeted by Victoria and David who introduced themselves and seemed to be interested in us and didn't just get to business which was greatly appreciated. After showing them the ring, they told us a little bit about the ring itself and told us exactly how the process works for sizing and also the process for repolishing the white gold band. They were very informative and made us feel good about having our ring done with them. David was very quick and efficient in getting my ring done. They also told us we can wait inside the shop with them or go grab a coffee and walk around the shops around the corner. They even gave us directions to get to the coffee shop. When we came back they made sure we were satisfied with the ring. The total cost was very affordable as well. We were so happy with this place and we would highly recommend it to any couple!! Thank you so much D'original jewelers!!!
