While waiting to pick up my family member, a guy pulls up next to me, gets out of his car, gives me a menacing smile before spitting on the ground near my car. He couldn't stop there, though. He lingered, stalked me, then claimed he is the building engineer and he's going to have me thrown out of the parking lot. Yes, this is after he menacingly spat on the ground near my car and smiled at me as if to say, \What are you gonna do about it?\ His plate and car image will be up on instagram soon with a plea to his wife to help him with whatever possessed him to do any of that.
