Once, I thought I had lost a garment in a large load of laundry I had dropped off, and the team at High Tech were so kind as to sort through my laundry and find the article on my behalf, which was a huge relief and beyond expectation. These idiots use permanent marker in shirts to mark them instead of tags...even in white shirts!! I took my dress shirts here and started noticing the black ink fade through, even on non-white fabric like red. How are you going to be a Dry Cleaner and use PERMANENT marker??? I don’t always tuck my shirts in so I have 8 shirts that are essentially ruined. He said they can take it out with chemicals, but after taking my shirts to another Dry Cleaner I found out it can’t be removed. Check your clothes after if you do decide to use these geniuses.
