I was told my glasses would be maximum wait time of 2 weeks. Well it’s been 3 weeks now and will likely be another week. I called the store at the two week mark and they said the glasses did not pass final inspection and that it would be another two weeks before a new pair is maid and shipped. I feel they at that point the order should have been expedited, but that was not an option mentioned by the sales rep. The eye doctor was great and highly recommend her, but the rest of the process was not ideal. I would shop some other place if I had to do it all over again. BTW: watch the upsell tactics. Make sure you know what each and every lens option cost before you pay and make sure they do ‘accidentally’ add the protection plan if you decline it, like it happen to me.

I had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters location because of Patrick. I was in Bellevue for the week for business, but unfortunately forgot to pack backup lenses and then one of the ones I did bring, tore. Fortunately, Patrick was very kind and helpful in working with me to pin down my prescription and suggest the right lenses for me to get. I'm truly glad and appreciative for his help as without it, I'd have had to spend the rest of the week with less than stellar vision. Thank you for the great customer service and professionalism, Patrick!
