I really like the products I have ordered them online before. My favorite is the repair shampoo and conditioner and I love the way it smells. I have used the eye cream and face cream and I feel all their products are fantastic. I really appreciated chatting with the salesperson he gave me more information about the products in the L'OCCITANE store.

This is a terrible store. We came in and while we were looking around the cashier (the only employee working) came up and yelled at us to leave because apparently the store was over capacity. I would think a store this expensive would at least be able to afford a second employee to control the capacity if they’re so worried about it. Ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here...try The Body Shop instead!

My husband and I were in the store just sometime back and we were given the most appalling customer service by Emily. The tone and body language of her was extremely rude indicating no professionalism or decent customer service. When asked about help as I didn’t receive a product from another Loccitane store from a recent purchase, she said that it is not their problem as it’s not their store that sold it. When asked if she can call the store for us, she said that she doesn’t work for us. The disgust and anger that came from her attitude indicates the arrogance and mistrust in customers. Our goal was to resolve the issue right there in the store, but she refused to help us. Kept on saying that she had to look after other customers, when there was no soul in the store except for us. I asked for Store Manager name and Emily said that I can google it and walked off. Loccitane, time to hire better sales reps who mean to help customers and not mistreat their loyal customer base.

Went in there on Sunday during the Bellevue Art fair. The employees wouldn’t bring their heads up from phones- unbelievable whomever is paying them to be there, waste of money for your company. Did not look up once... and weren’t doing anything in the store but playing on their phones, even though they knew customers were in there. I’d hate to see what it’s like when store is empty.
