Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked up to the counter to pay for the items and the cashier was talking to a “friend” and gave us a look that we interrupted her conversation by walking up to the counter to pay for our items. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and pushy on opening a credit card. When i told her we already have one, she forced on us another new one. When i said no, she got extremely rude. Then she started scanning our items. I asked for the price on one item and she said she will apply discount at the end and tell me. Then she told me to pay the amount. I asked again what the final price was for the one item. She got absolutely rude. I asked to speak to her Manager. She kept arguing back. Manager happened to walk by and we got his attention. We told him what happened and he just stood there. NO leadership skills. Will never shop here again. In this day and age, when there is intense competition with online merchants, companies should focus on providing superior customer service to stay in business. No wonder retail stores such as MACYS are closing everywhere. They don’t seem to invest in training their employees how to provide good customer service.

It is a nice store as usual. Lots of gift ideas before Christmas. All departments full of goods, you name it - jewelry, designer's bags, makeup sets with perfume. I've noticed a lot of assistance around different departments. Not too crowded. Definitely still one of my favorites!

Even though this place is usually clean and tidy for whatever reason when I came in to do an online return the place felt particularly clean more open. The gentleman who helped me with the return not only had a fantastic outfit but provided stellar customer service. He wore a mask and was provided a wonderful experience during these strange times.

This Macy’s location has very small collection for men and women clothing. The make-up and fragrance sections are pretty huge.
