The service on my clothes was exceptinional. However, it was the service from the manager that made me know I had a new clothing service provider. There was oil on a shirt that did not come off during a regular wash. This lady took the garment and dry cleaned it at no charge to ensure I was happy with what they provided. She was professional, nice, and I can tell she sincerely cared. I'm not going anywhere else. The price is more than what I'm accustomed paying; however, the service and the personnel are more than what I'm accustomed to as well. You pay for what you get, and it is well worth it. I have no worries when I drop my garments off here. None whatsoever. I recommend, and I generally don't leave reviews. They earned this one and my business.

My son needed his ROTC uniform to be dry cleaned. I was able to drop it off before I went into work. Even though they were not technically open yet they still helped me and I was able to make it to work on time. Thank you for helping me out!
They messed up my jacket and sweatshirt. When I complained I was told to leave it and they will try to fix it. 2 weeks and half passed by nothing. When I went back I was told there was nothing to be done about it . I asked why nobody called to inform me. These people are not professional my sweatshirt was worse than how I brought it to them.
I walked in with no appointment and did a quick and easy drop off. They texted me when my suit was ready and I was able to pick up all within the span of days!
Ms. Bev is always very helpful and professional. She continues to do an Outstanding job taking the time to clean my clothes including getting out the toughest stains on blouses and most recently a white jacket I have not worn in years but means a lot to me. Thank You Ms. Bev for all you do !!
Service was speedy and done well! I live the email feature to alert me when my items were ready to be picked up.
We have been going to this facility for a couple of years now and we have never had a negative experience. What keeps us coming to this particular location are 2 ladies, Beverly Clark and Dawn Pithnan. These ladies are professional, fast, and have great people skills. No matter how busy they are they provide us with their undivided attention to ensure they didn't miss anything we may be requesting. They have great personalities. I was a restaurant manager for over 15 years and I would have been very happy to have had them on my team. It is human nature to complain but rarely do we give praise to someone for doing an amazing job. Keep it up ladies!!... By the way, They deserve a raise!!!
The Bellevue store 100 is the best Max I Walker in the state of Nebraska. Bev is the best manager she goes above and beyond. I love coming to store 100 even though there’s three stores around me. I drive all the way to Bellevue every week excellent service.
