I've been going here for 7 or 8 years now and they're as fast and friendly as you can ask for. Parking is at their doorstep and you're a few steps away from the front counter. This place is priced well and on my way to the gym or many other places in downtown Bellevue and I don't see myself changing any time soon. Oh, and they always have candy too!
I had taken a shirt in for cleaning and pressing as usual. This particular time I had left collar stays in my shirt, like many other times. But, this time, the collar stays were melted into my shirt and the shirt is now ruined. The owner stated that I should have not left the stays in. I have left them in several shirts over the course of 20 years at various dry cleaners. I mentioned this as well stating that I had left them in other shirts while having them dry clean my shirts at his establishment. He shrugged his shoulders, and I was out 110 for a shirt... Not a place that I will ever go to again.
