Bill, my contact, always answered my questions in ways I could understand and provided information I did not realize I would want to know. Employees are properly masked and respect distancing, extra important to us. Plexiglas is installed where face-to-face contact is necessary. I felt I got all of the care needed for my car, without any sales pressure upselling. Professional, efficient, swift service in an emergency.

They Sold me a 2019 Tacoma with around 10k miles. My dream truck. 45 days later I take it in to another dealership to have something looked at and find out there’s an active safety recall with no remedy available yet. Was informed there was a recall on truck when I purchased it but was assured it was something so minor that it was a non issue. Shame on me for not doing more research when I purchased it. Shame on them for glossing over the recall subject and not giving me very specific details on the nature of the problem. I would not have purchased knowing this information. Traded it in for a different truck that day. Took a substantial financial hit as the dealership that took it in trade said they might have to wholesale it out.

Purchased my Toyota Tacoma here, great service, best price out of the 7 dealerships I talked with over the phone. Friendly staff, the best dealership expirence I have ever had. There is a Toyota dealership a few blocks from my house, they overcharge for everything, so still drive an hour out each way to come here.
