I had 5 or 6 shirts dry cleaned, they smelled dirty when I picked them up like a gross dirty musty body odorous smell so I had to hand wash all of them when I got home. I just found my white dress shirt had my last name written on it which I do not want any f*ing writing on my WHITE dress shirt which was already washed again and this is permanent. Im very dissatisfied with the treatment of my clothes. I was also over charged. Why on earth would you write on someone else's clothing? Put a tag on it if you need to keep track. I had all my cashmere dry cleaned here and now I'm wondering where they could have marked it up. I'm so angry.
