Bellevue Nordstrom cafe never disappoints!! High quality service, delicious food and very quick waiting line. Staff is very friendly. Who ever is managing this place— outstanding job 10/10!

Another great Nordstrom location. One thing that stands out for me is the amount of smaller luxury perfumes (unisex) that this Nordstrom has. They have brands that I have only seen in some smaller NYC boutiques, but the benefit here is that you can use your Nordstrom Card. Also, they have a very large men's clothing area with multiple sales racks. Service wise, always very polite and helpful (as one would expect from Nordstrom.) A great place to stop for any tourist or resident of the Seattle area.

The worst shipping. Why they use Ontrac is unclear. I just called them AGAIN about an order that’s stuck in an ontrac depot 1/2 an hour away for the entire week and not moving. Called customer service and was told to wait another week then call them back if it doesn’t arrive. Every time I order anything it never arrives in time. I now just shop direct with the designers as I can’t count on receiving anything on time which is too bad as I’d like to support local and retail. Definitely my last try shopping with them.

Shannon, thank you for being so nice. I walked in Saturday morning. You asked if you could help. I said give me a 3 minute lap to check things out. A few minutes later you looked up and smiled. I handed you a pair of Eccos and asked for a size 45. BAM! The fit was exactly correct. I had new shoes and I was gone in 5 minutes. Thank you for being attentive, polite and efficient. You make a big difference.
