I went to puetz trying to buy a 2 iron today. I entered the store and searched for 2 irons in the store and picked 3 clubs I liked. I went to the front desk and found a puetz employee, the man with long black hair and a headband at the Bellevue store, helped me. I asked if I could demo the clubs, he curtly said, we have a lesson right now. I asked to hit in the net, he reluctantly agreed. After getting to the net I asked if I could get another club that didn’t have plastic wrapping on the grip. He said it’s fine, then another employee scolded me about how I was t supposed to take the plastic off. The long haired employee does not reappear his customers whatsoever. Puetz HQ please take care of this.

Great Golf Store. Back in the day it was \World of Toys\, loved going there as a child now I love going to Puetz Golf. It's golf heaven, to those who love the game. I bought my Hubby a new set of clubs and we had them fitted, a huge plus. The employees are great and always willing to help find the right item for your bag.

THIS IS A MESSAGE TO PUETZ MANAGEMENT. Today I went to puetz in Bellevue looking for a 2-iron. I picked out 3 that I wanted to try and I asked the employee at puetz bellevue with long black hair and a headband and he immediately said sorry we have a lesson. I asked if I could hit into the net to get a feel at least. Reluctantly he agreed, once at the net I noticed plastic over one grip and asked if I could grab another that didn’t have plastic. He said “no it’s fine” so I took off plastic and another employee scolded me for taking off plastic. This was caused by the lack of respect the long black haired employee with a hair and has for employees, he’s incredibly short and does not care about making sales. Please do something about this.

I had a repair job for my 7 iron. Don, who does repairs and is a very knowledgeable golfer, fixed my club same day and gave me great advice on a few different things. If your on the Eastside there is nobody better to go buy golf gear from but Puetz! I have been to all the others and this personal touch is almost unheard of in today's market. Don took the time to help me and be Puetz fan for life!! thanks Don !! Mike Jensen
