I got a TERRIBLE eye infection in my left eye while being treated in the hospital for something different. Due to this infection I had the side affect of a retinal bleed. Getting a needle in my eye for the first time was RIDICULOUSLY scary. I've gone four rounds now of the antibiotics and Dr Ongchin has made it as comfortable as it can possibly be--and still have that needle in my eye!! Ha!! (The day she finds out how to get the antibiotics into my eye without a needle--WOW!! That would be amazing!! Lol!! She's smart enough to do it!! ) Anyhow--I still have to get the shots--but Dr. Ongchin makes you feel at ease and completely comfortable as humanly possible. I would not go to ANYONE else but her. Thank you so much, doc. And to the medical assistants and receptionists--I find them to be second to none!! A great facility experience overall---for a necessary treatment. Thank You!!! Heather

Dr. Scott Warden is the best Doctor I have ever seen. He is so amazing at explaining everything to you and he is so good with a needle (you could almost say you didn't feel it). This statement comes from a 61 year old lady that has been terrified of needles my whole life, but he is that great, that you can handle getting injections. I highly recommend him to anyone with eye issues!

Dr. Ongchin is a wonderful surgeon, and she is also a very pleasant, and thorough, doctor. It is not an exaggeration to say that she saved my eyesight, not once, but twice, with her amazing knowledge and expertise! Even on follow-up appointments, Dr. Ongchin always takes the time to do a very thorough examination, which I greatly appreciate! Thanks to her taking that extra time with me, she found a new retinal year, which she was able to repair quickly and easily. I am so glad that my eye doctor recommended Dr. Ongchin for my retinal surgery! She truly is the best!

I visited Bellevue clinic. Who worked as a receptionist on Oct 11th, she was unfriendly. She dis not even say any greetings eventhou I did. and She or anyone did not tell me before the day or after that I can’t drive because they will dilate my pupils. (No verbally or email, text) Also the staff did not mentioned I should get sunglasses because of the light sensitivity. I think she does not know what treatments people’s getting. so My hisband had to pick me up during his work. I got the appointment confirmation automated calling but no any further information. I hope the receptionist gets train. I like Doctors here but not the receptionist.

I've had the opportunity to experience patient care from all three of the fine doctors who participate in this practice. The level of genuine care they provided, not just their technical expertise, but their sincere care for me as a human being in need, exemplified the very finest professional healing behavior that we hope for from our physicians but don't always receive. All three of these doctors have my deep gratitude and my highest recommendation.
