I rarely rate poorly. But I post this because it is just very concerning. It seems there is little to no cleaning in this hotel. I set a bottle on the bathroom counter, and a very small very curly hair stuck to the bottle from the counter. Every single towel I held to the light had unsightly stains on them and they didn't smell like detergent. It seems they don't use bleach for the towels. Some even seemed to have blood and..other things. The railing on the balcony has never ever been wiped and the chairs filthy as hell. This not safe or kind and you clearly need to pay your staff more and hire more Not even safe. Disappointed in this hotel's standards during this time

Had a great stay at this hotel; it's an amazing value for what you get. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area and there is ample free parking. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Matt (the manager) was awesome to deal with; very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again!
We had such a great stay at this hotel. They accommodated us early since we weren't able to lodge at Mount Rainier due to the fires and we're just really happy with the service we received by the front desk supervisor that was there mostly in the afternoons. Wish we had gotten a name but he was really friendly and informative about the hotel and city attractions. He was an older gentleman with glasses. Thank you so much!
I like the fact that it's nestled amongst trees, not far from town. The hotel is clean and the room is a decent size. It has a microwave, a mini refrigerator and a tiny coffee maker. Plus side it's a lot better than spending a ton of money in Seattle for a motel. Parking is free unlike Seattle.

I chose this hotel hoping for the best and they delivered. Great customer service, clean nice size room with sitting area. Great toiletries, shampoo conditioner and liquid soap was a great addition. Quiet area, almost hidden. Love it.
Great service and friendly night guy who welcomed us like we were on vacation or something....
First I get here to find that the hotel wants a deposit of 100. Ok, fine. Each day after my check-in, the hotel is charging the card I used for my deposit small amounts like 24.69 and now today for 62.32. This hotel has some problems and it's definitely not worth the hassle. No breakfast, pool closed, and all the ice machines closed. Horrible stay.
