Oh my God I'm so sad to hear that they're old closing all their stores hope they haven't done it yet I'm so loving my tea I still love fresh clean tea that you can make yourself and taste is fabulous

Prompt and friendly service. Would go again.... However, I brought in a tin to refill (that still had tea in it that I wanted added to the top of the tin), my tin was filled, then sales associate added my tea back into the tin THEN hit the calculate weight/price button.... Was not happy that I got charged for the tea I already had, but it wasn't completely horrible.
Very helpful staff. Samples are refreshing. Hot and cold.
Helpful staff and very tasty tea. I prefer cold tea but both are tasty
