I wish I could give zero stars. Very poor customer service from an employee. Accidently the plastic lotion bottle was dropped and bottle pump came off a little bit and nothing happened to bottle or lotion. Employee was so rude saying that you will have to buy the lotion and no concern for customer that it got dropped unintentionally and went on saying that we will have to pay. Will never go this store. The store manager should rethink about this employee and train this lady worker to show some respect to customers.
Awsome place with great staff very Knowledgeable
Went to The Body Shop for the first time with my boyfriend and was assisted by Ellen. She was very informative, but had a slightly superior air. I had chalked this up to a generational gap, but when my boyfriend found a purfume he was excited about and I intended to buy for him, she stepped in and said that that scent was for women and steered us towards men’s colognes because in her words “Men shouldn’t smell like flowers”. I left with my intended purchase, because I don’t believe that plants or scents are geared towards a specific gender, and I also don’t believe that a level of cleanliness or scent will alter your gender or confuse anyone. Personal beliefs are perfectly fine, but customer service employees should refrain from steering customers away from scents based off of their gender.
