Right now if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm so disappointed in Time Share Exit Team. I chose them because I'm a big fan of Dave Ramsey and really felt he would not recommend a company unless they have integrity. They have so many people working customer service that you never talk to the same person twice, and they don't communicate with each other about who said or did anything. They have had my thousands of dollars for over 3 years now, and I am no closer to getting out of my timeshare than I was before I paid them. I call often and never get any good news. They spend way more energy making excuses about how hard their job is and why they aren't successful with exits, but will totally keep giving you the run around when you ask for your money back. Please please do not give your money to this company!! There are many similar reviews on Trust Pilot. My family was very skeptical about me using them and paying so much money, and I assured them Dave would not steer people wrong - but it turns out they were so right! This company may be able to help a small few, but the rest of us just made a really bad investment!

It was a slow process but worth it at the end. We were told it can take more than two years to exit the time share arrangement and we wondered at times if it was going to happen. When we got our confirmation last week. we were ecstatic that we were finally clear. No more fees owing by the family. Thank you Timeshare Exit Team! Your organization was very forth coming about the Exit Process from the start and there were no surprises or disappointments.

We have been working with this Company for five years. We were assured that if they were unable to complete the exit process in 18 month our fees would be refunded. Well, five years into it and they have been unable to do their part. Now when it's time to refund the fee , they are trying to play games with us and trying to avoid giving our fee back. Very tricky and unprofessional company. I will never recommend this company to any family or friends. Worse business ethics, preying on vulnerable and distressed clients for few grands!

They’ve had my money for 4 years and haven’t been successful. I’ve been asking for my refund for 15 months now and I keep getting the same delay tactics. “There’s only two people in Customer Service. I’ll check with them and get back to you “. They’re a bigger scam than the Timeshare

This company is awesome. The process wasn’t fast, easy, or seamless, but it’s hard to get out of a Timeshare. After a lot of hard work on their part mostly, we are completely exited from our Timeshare. Thankful for Timeshare Exit Team!!!!

We were advised initially that the process could take as much as two years to conclude. In our case it took slightly longer. However once Reed Hein took over the reins in earnest the process seems to move forward favourably. We are very satisfied with the result.

Over 4 years ago, (due to the Exit Teams affiliation with Dave Ramsey) we contacted the Exit Team and had an appointment at noon on November 29, 2016! Why am I writing this review? We are STILL not exited! We were asked to secure a working relationship with Reid Hein of 7200; and we gave payment on the spot! We were given guarantees of “less than 2 years, we would be FREE!! Today is February 4, 2021 and this self proclaimed Exit Team has STILL not finished what they started with us! Brandon Reed is the CEO. I listened to his sad story about things had changed, etc. and that he needed to get out of his Time Share, that is why he started this business. Brandon Reed, I have documentation of the poor communication your Company has given us. Shame on you all! Better Business Bureau is my next stop!
