Was seeing 20/100 before, now I'm seeing 20/15 only one day post-operation! Great experience from start to finish. I'd really like to give my perspective as an anxious person, because TLC was amazing every step of the way in that regard. They explained to me exactly what to expect, reassured me, gave context to everything, and kept everything light and friendly, yet super professional. Dr. Gillette did my surgery and he was so much fun, while obviously being a seasoned and excellent surgeon. They also explained exactly what I would need to focus my attention on during the surgery, which was the most helpful thing for my anxiety. Dr. Patch had a special wealth of information about the whole process. She was an incredible caretaker from the first consultation. Special shout out to Karen for her work on surgery day. It seemed like her sole job in the surgery suite was to tend to my mental health and make sure I was doing OK. Her warm bedside manner helped me get through it without any nerves. Overall, better than expected. I'm seeing without glasses now, and I'm recovered faster than I thought I would.

My vision went from 0 to real quick. Going into my consultation with low expectations, having had a -6.75 prescription and wearing glasses since the age of 7, I was pleasantly surprised to discover I was a candidate. The preparation involved some time not wearing contacts, and getting used to putting in eyedrops regularly. Payment was a single charge, billed directly and easily, that covers all post op appointments and the procedure. If you have some vision insurance, definitely mention it, as that can get you a discount. The procedure itself went quickly and smoothly. Recovery was swift and I came out of it with 20/15 vision. Very happy with my decision to go with TLC

They were friendly and caring throughout the entire process. Also very flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule my surgery. They even gave me the phone number of the director to text if I had issues afterward. I don’t know of any other medical facility that is willing to do that. Plus, I CAN SEE!

I had a phenomenal experience at TLC-Bellevue! From the very first appointment I felt at home. Everyone was so welcoming. Every step was covered in detail and any questions and all concerns I had were covered! The day of surgery everyone was focused on putting me at ease. When the surgeon came in he explained what he was going to do and what he wanted me to do and be ready for. Everyone made me excited going into the surgery so I was relaxed and ready.
