Twelfth Place Business Park is an office/business park located in the northwest corner of NE 12th St and 120th Ave NE in Bellevue. It is also across the street from the new Spring District and the busses at Lake Bellevue. This business park houses multiple companies including a communications business, management business, and chiropractor group. Ample parking all around the building.

We came here to visit one of the locations in the business park. We had an easy enough time finding parking. My only complaint would be that after the recent snow, the steps leading to the upper outdoor walkway were very icy. Areas below were clear, so I am guessing they simply didn't finish clearing the walkways. It wouldn't have been such a big deal if it was well lit, but the walkways were dark in the evening, and a risk to safety.
