This morning I had to walk to Walgreens to purchase a can of fix a flat and I met a cashier there named Connie and she was so nice and helpful. We left and I had to return a short time later to get a full refund on that can of fix a flat bc it blew up in my face ugh.....but Connie and Zac (the manager) where awesome and took great care of me. So I appreciate them both.

Detailed pharmacists work here with great intention caring about their customers. A favored drugstore to walk in when needed.
No customer satisfaction: When I called to check if appointment is needed for flu shot, their Machine informed that no appointments neeed. However when I reached the center, the attended was a bit rude and informed no availability. She was very cold to us.
This location really needs to up its customer care. I don’t understand why dealing with customers well is not a requirement. I live here and fill my prescriptions here. I have spent 3 phone calls of 45 minutes and 2 visits to the store in Bellevue - and they can’t fill a prescriptions that they say it is in Hawaii. My app has Bellevue as default. When I call Hawaii, their coworkers in Hawaii told me that this location doesn’t know what they are doing. Absolutely rude on the phone as well. No consumer empathy and their coworkers claim they are fumbling the ball. They either need to learn hope to communicate and/or do their job well
Super clean store and friendly staff. LOTS of stuff, including things you didn’t even know you needed ;) Crazy new fridge doors that are like TVs!
