I've been getting my prescriptions filled here since I moved to Bellevue 5 years ago. I have never had any problems. The longest it ever takes for a prescription to be filled is 15 minutes, and the staff are always very nice! Not to mention, it's the most affordable pharmacy around! Also, for those of you who are looking at these reviews, people will go out of their way to leave a negative review looooooong before they will leave a positive review. A lot of excellent businesses have their reputations damaged unnecessarily due to this. In my opinion, if you have a problem with a business, let management know first. Then try them again, and see if the problem persists. If it does, leave your review. If it does not, leave a positive review on the business' ability to adjust and accommodate the needs of their clients. I saw and read the 1 star reviews on here, and all I have to say is; you can either bring the best out of people, or you can bring the worst out of them. I always treat people well, smile, and thank them, even when things aren't going my way. People will go out of their way to meet the needs of those who treat them well. If you have the kind of personality to write a nasty review like that, you obviously have attitude issues. I know, from all of the times I've worked in retail, people will never prioritize helping someone who is rude to them. So be nice, be patient, and be understanding with the staff. Your reviews are invalid, as far as I am concerned. ;)

Definitely service-wise, this pharmacy is horrible. I'll be calling around to switch pharmacies that won't break the bank. I called in a prescription for pickup. They told me 20-30 minutes from when I called in. None of these include counting pills. Two boxes and a bottle. It is now nearly an hour later and I am still here waiting.
When I used them for everyday meds, they had timely refill reminders. Friendly and helpful staff. I only use them for acute meds as of Jan 1 this year because I’m on a Medicare Advantage plan that gives me no-cost mail order meds thru Optum Rx.
If there was a choice of 0 stars that is the rating I would give them! They are extremely SLOW, you will wait for 45 minutes on a prescription that has been filled already , that's how slow they are. They are disrespectful and RUDE to the customers. Including the actual pharmacist and several of the tech's. People should not have to be treated this way ever! The woman pharmacist is the absolute worst most disrespectful person I've ever known. She seriously thinks she is in control of your doctor's. She bad mouths the doctors. I have taken my business else where and I highly recommend you do the same . I don't know anyone in their right mind that would put up with this pharmacist and the other employees bull ----!!!.
Apparently it’s not common place anymore for one person at the pharmacy to take care of you anymore and if you have an insurance update or have to talk to the pharmacist plan to wait a very long period of time
