I walked in and with very little conversation I had the car of my dreams in front of me and they worked so hard to make sure I left with that car. It was worth every minute spent there. But 4 hours after arriving I was leaving with my new car and I love it. Still love it. Best decision I've ever made

When I arrived to Woodhouse, Curt Lallman greeted me right away and I cut right to the chase. I only had a couple hours and was curious to know what the trade difference was between my large SUV and an AWD Altima I looked at online. I didn’t want to play any games and knew what I was looking for (I also knew what the best prices were out there in the market). He got right down to business with me, I told him the stock number and in less than 5 minutes, he had the car out front for me. I looked at the car and told him I’d like to see some trade numbers (I had an Altima as a rental and loved it so I didn’t need to test drive it). He took the keys to my car so they could appraise it and came back quickly. One thing I really liked is that he gave my keys back to me (unlike so many dealers who hold your keys hostage!) while we talked numbers. Curt got me a price right away and offered me a fantastical deal, there were no games played. After we agreed on a price, he got the car detailed for me and I think I was in and out with my brand new 2020 Nissan Altima SV AWD in less than 2 hours. I drove it back to my home state (I’ll soon be relocating to Omaha) and got nearly 40 MPGs on the highway, in an AWD car, that hasn’t even been broken in yet! Curt Lallman has been in the car selling business for many years and knows how to treat customers right. Made a last minute appointment to see what Woodhouse had for Altimas. Made the appointment with Devin, however, he was busy and we worked with Allan. The process went fairly smooth. We agreed on a price and went to finance. Adam (from finance) was knowledgeable and gave great advice. However, without test driving, minimal negotiation, and quick down payment and approval...was still there for 2.5 hours. Ugh! But, my son's happy and this ordeal is over for a while. Everyone at Woodhouse was nice and professional. It was an uneventful good car experience.

My experience every time I come here is amazing. After having a bad day from blowing two tires in a few days, they assured me that my tires would be free under my warranty. My salesman, Buddy, was fantastic when I got the car all the way to me misplacing the sales paperwork. They have been nothing but amazing and helpful! 10/10

Conveniently located right off the freeway, Woodhouse Nissan is a great place. The service department is staffed all week long, Saturday's included, which is super handy. I've used the service department for a couple oil changes and had a great experience. As soon as you walk in, it seems like everyone is happy to see you and glad you stopped by. They washed AND vacuumed my car, something I wasn't expecting. There's a coffee machine with all sorts of options, espresso and lattes included, which is awesome for us non-morning people. They also have a nice display that shows accessories that you can add to your vehicle. I haven't bought a vehicle here yet, but you can bet I'll give them a chance when it comes time.
