To the Owner be mindful of whom is working for you. I will no longer be spending my money here after being a loyal customer. As much as I need my dress suits taken care of. I have witnessed the Manager (older lady with dark brunette hair medium/plus size build) behave in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards non-white customers, who spend their money to have their clothing serviced. She is a racist, I have to call a spade a spade. I have seen too many situations that are transparent. These are not the type of people you hire, when they are asking every Black, Asian, or practically non white customer \Why ya here you here? You gonna do ya laundry\. When they clearly have laundry in their hands and cash.... When she is scowling at them periodically and making a spectacle of herself... When they feel uncomfortable enough to simply walk out and leave because she is loud and obnoxious, costing a business loss. It seems this behaviour is displayed towards young-adult appearing minority customers, so she feels brave, and emboldened to act in a very ignorant manner. The last time I checked, money is green and your business is your reputation. This woman arrives on site wearing loose T-shirts with no bra, messy hair, and a crass attitude. Its an embarrassment. She should be fired before someone feels so slighted to the point it becomes a legal issue. She is a high risk liability, and a poor representation of all the stereotypes we try to fight as Barrie Citizens. It is classless and morally incorrect. Lastly, the Machines are occasionally not in service when there are high volume time frames. The Washing machines smell like mildew very often. I will be taking my business elsewhere to the other coin laundry across town. I am sorry I cannot deal with her ignorance and support a business that does God be with you.

I came here once, and witnessed management being unprofessional towards a lady who had a noticeable accent. French or maybe Haitian accent but her English was clear as day. Awkward situation. I got my stuff out of the dryer and left. These people seem to forget French is also an official language and think they're above others running a very dated laundromat. No common sense lol.
Half of the machines do not accept the coins or return them Have to bang on the coin collector for it to accept change SECOND time of of their dryers door opened and caused the machine to stop while continuing to count down the timer causing 45mins wasted having to wait for my clothes to dry again Contacted the owner and instead of acknowledging the issue proceeded to tell me nothing is wrong with his machine as he does 15000 loads a year and has never had an issue, find that hard to believe as this is the second time their machine has malfunctioned and caused me to completely waste my time Would recommend \My Sunshine Laundromat\ down the road owner at this establishment is a complete A## Hole will not be using their facilities anymore User beware !
Good but not great, washers are good, dryers are bad,the door latches keeps opening , a vending machine would be great addition.. no clear Instructions on how to use the different dryer programs.. overall its just average nothing special.
I have been using this laundromat for over 10 years. The owners are always either on site or just a quick call away. It is clean and pricing is decent.
