Not much of a people person. Her verbal communication skills are lacking. She shows little concern for a patient's quality of life. She's been at Unity NW a long time but so has the dirt in the cracks. Longevity doesn't equal quality medical care. 22 years being treated by the medical industry and she is an example of what's wrong with it.
