I live in Beloit Township and they're the ones who pick up my trash. What's handy is you can drop off any household items during the week free of charge. Happy with their service. The secretaries are always polite and courteous.

Negative 5 stars. Terrible service! No follow up at all. Ordered 30 yd. dumpster for noon on a Monday. Got it Tuesday at 4:30. Not ideal for keeping jobs on schedule. They will say we think we can..we probably can. When you have a job to keep on schedule you absolutely need to know yes or no. It's a no with this company. I would not recommend them!!!. Will never use again!!
I have 2 business location that I need to get back on a weekly pick up again. I've been trying to get this done for almost a month. Mike never calls back and the truck never shows up. When this contract is up, it's time for a change
On Tues. it was trash and recycle pickup. They only picked up the trash, leaving the recycle. We called and were told that it would be picked up before 6, it wasn't. We called them again and the were going to send a truck today Thurs. and they didn't. They have no problem taking our money! In the past they skipped our pick up. They told me that it was probably due to the weather. Funny, my neighbors have the same weather and theirs was picked up.
