Great friendly service from Steve, Jason and the team, passionate about their craft and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Had an electrical fault, called them up, when the road side diagnosis didnt sort it, they asked where are you ? , ok.. Will be there shortly, steve showed up and had the fault found in minutes, put me back on the road , i thanked him, he said its ok \ this is my life and the way we do things\ went out of their way ensure i was back on the road .. Thank you !

They worked with me so well to close a deal. Took me for a test drive around town so I didn't get lost. Even setup a time outside of business hours for me to pick up my purchased vehicle. What more could you ask for?! Great place to go to with excellent service. UPDATE 2020: I have now bought my second bike through them and i had an even better experience than before. These guys are really passionate about getting you the right bike. So friendly and easy to work with. Steve and jason are great. Again with a great test drive and friendly service, i doubt ill ever buy a bike anywhere else.

If you are in southern Wisconsin or northern Illinois and have a Honda motorcycle, Beloit honda is your destination for service and repair. I brought in my 1984 Honda Nighthawk 700 and received FIVE STAR service on each step of the way. It wasn't running when I brought it in, and now it runs like it's brand new. Steve is incredibly friendly and helpful, and took me step by step through the process required to fix my bike. He came in on time and under budget. Ignore the handful of negative reviews on here- I have it on personal experience that Steve does everything he can to ensure that his customers are satisfied. His concern for the customer experience and quality of service was evident from day one. Bring your bikes here, you will be impressed.
