I went to several law firms to discuss a criminal case I was charged in. Almost all of the attorneys I spoke with made it sound hopeless however after going to this law firm and speaking with Lane Fitzgerald he promised me that he could get my charges dismissed. The McCarthy law firm was the one that said I might have a chance but he didn't seem very confident. Lane Fitzgerald's fees were half the price as McCarthy's. So I retained him in my criminal matter. The district attorney would not come off of a plea deal which included jail time and I was not going to sit jail time for a crime I did not commit. We ended up going to trial and attorney Fitzgerald owned that court room. He made the district attorney look like a complete fool. My charges were thrown out as I was proven innocent. the charge was disorderly conduct which by Wisconsin state statute is basically impossible to beat. Lane Fitzgerald did The impossible. He was worth every penny
