Marinai is a military housing community. It is leased by the US Navy from a private consortium, so it isn't a PPV like the developments in the states. Over all this is a Very nice housing community. It is gated and guarded with lots of activity areas, BBQ parks, pizza ovens, a walking trail, and more. This community has restricted access. No military or NATO ID, no entry without a resident escort, no exceptions. The houses are SMALL by US standards. Only about 1200 sf. But by local standards, they are about normal and are adequate. There is a great sense of community here. Street gatherings are common and it isn't unusual to see groups of children running around playing.
When it is 105 degrees and the people in the economy can’t run their AC because it would cost them their first unborn, then you sold me. Add in there is 110 & 220 sockets, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Many parks for my kids and dog, but the second best perk is...a 5 min commute to my work. I’ll gladly take this.
Community is great! Maintenance is decent
Military housing. Newest complex designed for members with dependents only. Great on site staff. The amenities and size is acceptable. 220 volt and 110 volt available with air conditioning and parking for two cars. A small yard and patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. Community center, restaurant, salon, child care and small grocery store for convenience. Fresh local vegetables and a wonderful sandwich shop. It's nice to have other families near to make life-long friendships.
