Poor service today at belper specsavers they wouldn't even look at my grandsons glasses that had a loose arm only wanted a screw in..drove to alfreton did them straight away no problem and with a smile...even the lady that repaired them said they have an obligation to repair children's glasses and they should of done so..bad service I'll stick to alfreton thanks..
You aren't going to get a better opticians experience anywhere I know of. I've been to various opticians but Belper Specsavers is by far the best I have been to. The opticians who perform the Eye tests are very pleasant, kind, understanding and professional. Then the ladies on the floor are fantastic. Whether it's helping you chose glasses (listen to them, they're usually right) down to resizing and explaining the different options. They are utterly brilliant. I would recommend Belper Specsavers any time.
Very considerate of the restrictions currently in place, treated me individually and kindly. I would highly recommend.
Must tell you how happy we have been with the service we get from all the lovely staff at the Belper store. Excellent also cheers you up at a time we are going through.
