4 piece chicken with fries and gravy with drink was more than enough for me. Prices very reasonable. Older bldg but clean area along with clean bathrooms. Staff very friendly too.

The staff was friendly, but the past several times I've been there, they took my order at the drive through, had me pay for it, THEN they decide to tell me at that point that there would be a delay of several minutes. Once, I ordered a 10 piece leg & thigh box. They told me the amount, ran my card, then handed me back my card and told me there would be a 20 minute wait. Another time on my lunch break, I ordered a chicken tender dinner. Again, they told me the amount, ran my card, then told me there would be a 5-10 minute wait. They should inform about order delays BEFORE the order is paid for.

Bought 3 4 piece meals... after they said they don't put the spicy seasoning on the chicken like they advertise, and that they'd include the packets to do it myself, they then told me they had no seasoning left. Then they were out of mac and cheese. Then after waiting 40 minutes to get my food in the drive thru, I get all the way home and my mashed potatoes have the same texture and taste as the instamash potatoes they sell in a box... plus they didnt include any of my rolls and my chicken was dry. I've been calling for the past 15 minutes with no answer. This is ridiculous and I was not expecting that from golden chick.
