We went to KFC in Belton last night for dinner and we were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before we made it to the window. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, with that I don't understand how you can let someone come inside and order food. But refused to let me 4 year old use your restroom. After I spent almost 40 dollars on dinner. Honestly if I hadn't already paid I would have left. A child can not hold their bladder like an adult. Will never return to this location.

Today we tried the crispy kernel Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries and it was great. Loved the sauce and the size of the chicken. Fries are the best to me over other fast food fries
This was my first time going to this location but the food was perfect. The fried chicken was nice and juicy and crispy on the outside and had the right amount of seasoning. Service was pretty quick. This was my best experience at KFC in a long time. I'm hoping the second time will be the same.
Ordered online. Went to drive thru. Told to pull up to door. Waited 20 minutes before calling, then did finally brought out. Missing all sauces ordered. Food tasted good though.
I like this kfc because it is one of the few that has a buffet ! They had quite a few things on the buffet that aren't on the regular menu like chicken and rice too
