Chris was very attentive to getting me a great quote for insurance. I did end up going with a different company, but I was very impressed with the timely responses. He answered all my questions and took the time to compare my current insurance with his quote. He offered an affordable rate but coverage was low.

I have been with State Farm for 10 years and recently moved to the area. I met with Mark, and had a great conversation about all of my policies. In a professional approach he educated me on many insurance details that I never knew in the past. We were able to make changes to better my policies and coverages while keeping my monthly payment close to the same price with great value added. I have had nothing but great service from the Mark McBride office. Every time I call them they remember who I am and ask how my family is doing. As a 20 something year old, I never knew how much I would appreciate that. Apart from that, they also have made sure that I am getting the best deal for the money I'm spending for auto and home insurance. You will be hard pressed to find better customer service elsewhere! Go with state farm :) it is worth your time and money!

They lied about pricing and gave me a discount i did not want with the beacon that tracks your movements, even though it was stated I did not want it to begin with. This affected our decision and we choose state farm for our home and auto. Then after receiving the beacons in the mail i called to confirm this again that i did not want this in my vehicle. I was then informed it would increase my price from 232 to 259 a month. This was wrong on their part and said they can not do anything to adjust my prices. I had chosen state farm as they were slightly higher priced but thought they could be trusted. Over the past month in dealing with this issue and a few others i can say i do not trust them.
