This neighborhood do not have good reliable internet available. Now they have At&t DSL which is not reliable either. If you work from home rethink before you purchase your house. No side walks neither street lights except on roundabouts and main entrance. Construction is a mess and there is trash all over the neighborhood. And remember workers leave nails behind which already cause many people to have flat tires. Trails are nice when HOA clean them up. DR Hortons Sales personal are nice and helpful. Finishes of the houses are not great probably because poor workmanship, constructors care about quantity not quality.

Great neighborhood in a great area. Not far from interstate. Surrounded by trees, walking trails and a creek. Next to a large lake, although I don't believe there is a lake view from the homes.
