In my initial phone conversation with Kyle, I immediately sensed that he would be very protective of my interests and of my legal rights over and above all else. Kyle is an excellent litigator. We had a complicated and contested guardianship case that was in court before the judge several times. Kyle was well prepared for each hearing, and at each appearance in court he was quick to identify the critical needs of the case in real time with the most relevant questions to effectively expose lies and deceit and help to reveal the truth for the judge. He was laser focused at getting the correct and appropriate legal results in support of the guardianship and always in the best interest of the ward. I highly recommend Kyle if you need a good and fair lawyer for a guardianship case.
