Dr Williams office is always ready and willing to help me with all the dental issues I have, and there have been a bunch of them. Dr Williams has done 5 of the last seven crowns I have needed and in some cases fixed bad dental work that was leftover from a previous dentist. Would highly recommend giving this practice a call for any of your dental needs.

I had a Crown put on a tooth year ago and it had a gap between the Crown and my gum. Awful Dental work. It got infected and they prescribed antibiotics at least 7 times and I went in several times to have it checked over a years time and the infection continued. I also got my teeth clean every 6 months. And Dr. Ben inspected my mouth each time and the infection was there each time. Finally they got a new Hygienist that told him the tooth had to come out. I made an appointment to have it removed and Shannon cancelled my appointment twice knowing I had the infection. Finally after I complained about my appointment constantly being cancelled, That is when he removed it. I purchased A partial for that area and it came back bad 2 times. The wanted me to come back for a. New imprint and twice I went. The partial was still bad. I paid more than 500. And my insurance company paid also. I finally mailed the bad partials back to them and they never refunded my money. It was the worst Dental experience ever and I had been a patients of theirs for more than 10 years. They didn't care. So I lost my money and didn't get any Partial. They are so unfair. I will never go there again

I have bad experiences with dentists in the past, so I really needed an office that would be able to know my name and take care of me. Dr. Williams and his staff are wonderful and attentive. I am so glad I found them!
