I bought an apartament in Hoyos 19, for my bad luck the woman called Ruth who is the salesperson in charge to show the apartments told me it was with see view and told the community charge was 250, now that I bought the apartment the community charge is 550 per month and the sea view is gone, RUTH IS A BLOODY LIER AND A SCAMMER!!! Be careful
