This place needs some refurbishment in some areas. Swimming pools are poorly equipped, with a lot of damaged sun beds, and other equipment, like parasols. Because of this, I would not recommend anyone to stay there during holiday brake.

Probably the worst hotel/apartment I've ever stayed in. For a start, it's far from any shops, bars, pretty much everything. So unless you rent a car, you'd probably end up spending a fortune in cab fares and in which case, pay extra to stay in a hotel closer to civilization. When we first arrived, it was quite late and the reception was closed. There was a man working who sat outside and checked us in. He didn't speak a word of English but luckily we had someone in our group who spoke Spanish. We had a total of three apartments for our group which were all distant from each other. The man refused to show us to our apartments and just told us roughly where they were. He was polite but we found this very unhelpful because of the layout of the complex, the apartments can be hard to find. The rooms looked nice but the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were really thin. I've had more comfortable sleeps at music festivals. Luckily for us, we didn't spend much time inside the complex. One thing that shocked me, that I've never witnessed in any hotel in my life, was the receptionist who required us to collect our own rubbish and place it in the bin outside of the hotel when we wanted to check-out. I think the only decent thing about this whole place was the size of the pool. Would not stay again if it was free. Pay the extra and go elsewhere.

You need a car here , apartments are great with everything you need to cook clean and live but the nearest shop is a45 min walk in blistering heat! No local bars or anything to do. If you have a car and just want to cook eat and stay by the pool you will be fine but otherwise you will end up spending over 200 bucks per week. I wish I saw a review like this before booking. Staff are fantastic and the place is clean but the lack of local amenities let's it down unfortunately.

Fit for purpose. Reception staff were quite rude and unwelcoming possibly due to language barrier. One staff member Genevieve was lovely. She helped us with booking transport to the strips during our stay and helped make our stay a little better The location of the apartment is terrible. IT is located in the middle of nowhere and without a car it is expensive and takes a lot of effort go get around.
