Very relaxed Urbanisation with many residents permanently living here, two swimming pools with waterfalls, Tropical gardens that are beautiful and cared for by the Gardener who lives onsite. The complex is on the new Golden Mile and a short walk to the five star Villa Padierna and Flamingos Golf Club a very desirable area, set in beautifully manicured grounds, Villa Padierna, its status was confirmed when Michelle Obama stayed there during her family holiday in August 2010.
