We love this company! We use it for both our office and our home! Super professional, very reliable and if we ever have a question they make sure they cover all concerns immediately and thoroughly. So great!

All features as promised and at a much lower cost than comparable competitors. Having a locally owned business that knows us by name is a great boon as well. Also, our home is older and installation can be tricky with old shifting doors/windows. Not sure what the others reviewers experienced, but we HIGHLY recommend Benco Systems.

Sent a 2 techs to my son's home and turned on a sprinkler system without asking if they could turn it on. Caused massive water damage and thousands of dollars of damage. Techs just left - didn't bother to try to help clean up or minimize damage. My opinion - never use this company!
